Aperol – an Italian aperitif. It has an orange color and a bitter taste. Its bouquet contains notes of orange, herbs, and aromatic spices. It was created in 1919 by the Padua brothers, Luigi and Silvio Barbieri. However, it began to win the hearts of Italians only after the Second World War.
