The tenderest duck meat, nicely browned and good-looking due to the initial preparation in sous-vide, glazed with honey and orange juice during baking. It is served with a combination of ripe and spicy vegetables: zucchini, onions, tomatoes, mushrooms and bell peppers with baked marinated potatoes and served with cheese sauce.
