Late harvested Pinot Noir of 2018 - a clear red color with silver reflections, leaves the beautiful so called feet of alcohol soothing nicely on the glass walls. It is as elegant as it is strong in texture. The aroma of the wine is concentrated in overripe berries - blackberries, blueberries, sweet cherries and as it matures it develops notes of skin, chocolate and pepper. The taste is full, round, velvety, with soft tannins that oscillate from firmness to elegance. The final (aftertaste) is delicate and persistent.

It goes very well with rabbit meat or soft cheeses.
