Balanced and complex. A ruby-red color with pronounced notes of ripening at the edges, a fine aroma of prunes, smoky white peppery notes and black sweet cherries. Rich and pleasant taste with well-polished tannins, balanced acidity, well-integrated alcohol with spicy notes, herbs and black sweet cherries. The final (aftertaste) is persistent, but it changes with each sip, which shows us that the wine evolves over time.

For this wine the best gastronomic companion would be a lamb steak or slightly saltier cheeses.
