An intriguing mix, Merlot and Cabernet of fuchsia red color, offers a rich nose with intense notes of ripe plums and barrique tones, where chocolate and vanilla is present.  It is a supple and elegant wine with velvety tannins and a sweet taste of ripe fruits. The final is fine and persistent. It is recommended to aerate for at least 20 minutes until the lamb meat with which it can be associated is cooked nicely. Potential for aging in the bottle 5-7 years.
