The taste has a velvety texture, soft tannins and aromas of black fruits and spices, the aftertaste feels long, tasty and slightly peppery. Has a great potential for maturing in the bottle, for more than 5 years it will evolve, a great collectible.

Serving temperature, 12-15 ° С gastronomically associated with duck leg and soft matured cheeses. It is recommended to aerate the Gold for about 20-30 minutes before serving.
