Ciurchhella

It is a traditional dessert, popular in Georgia and other Caucasus countries. It is prepared by stringing nuts, such as walnuts or hazelnuts, on a string and repeatedly dipping them in thickened grape juice or fruit syrup. After this, the nuts are dried and shaped into a long sausage. This dessert is noted for its rich taste and is a source of energy thanks to its nut and natural sugar content.
